What is RC Garage?

More Than Just RC Cars

RC Garage gives young people the opportunity to build, understand, maintain, customize and drive real hobby-grade RC cars.

Participants learn by doing — from assembling a car and understanding its mechanical and electronic components to troubleshooting problems, tuning suspension and steering, designing and customizing bodies, and ultimately putting their finished cars to the test.

RC Garage combines practical skills, problem solving, creativity and the excitement of actually driving the machines participants work on.

RC Garage After School

RC Garage runs as an After School Activity at AIS Vienna, giving students the opportunity to work on RC projects throughout the school year.

Participants build, maintain, customize and tune their cars while developing practical mechanical skills, solving problems and, of course, getting plenty of time behind the controls.

The After School Activity is currently available to AIS students.
